As VP of Corporate Procurement for Diehl Controls I am responsible for Advanced Purchasing, Strategic Purchasing, Indirect Purchasing, Component Engineering and Supplier Development. We are serving 7 sites for products deveopled by ourselves as well as for products where we act as EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) for our customers.

As Director of Purchasing at BSH I was managing at various sites (3 years in Germany, 2 years in China, 5 years in Slovakia/ East Europe) the purchasing departments. Majorly I was building up these departments, creating the processes and strategies. All for the aim, to create savings by negotiations, relocating purchases, driving design-to-cost, "de-engineering" and many other activities.

As an Industrial Engineer at Siemens Automotive I planned and implemented various production lines for electronic controls in Germany, Czech Republic and China in close cooperation with development teams. Furthermore I was managing various projects in the global organisation.

Ensure the supply of the stairs to the construction sites in complete and in time.

As an Assistant to the Plant Manager at Alcatel Cable (nowadays Nexans) - production of wire harnesses for automotive industry - I was supporting the plant manager in many tasks, e.g. monthly technical management report, planning and driving of relocations, setting up new production sites in Czech Republic.
