Portfolio Management: Leading European Portfolio of Cost Saving Projects (DTC), Leading Global Team of DTC leaders (3 team members). Leading onsite team of 5 R&D Engineers – B2P/EMS Projects. Achievements: Setup of Benchmarking (Should Cost) calculation model Global roll out and adjustment of Cost Saving process, assure target realization within Regions.

Managing Team of 20 FTE (PL and DE) - PCB Design and SAP. Global PCB team – research and development. Leading Customer/Product so as internal related projects (ca 10 FTE, 25 kEUR – 250 kEUR, 3 weeks – 15 months), Task Force Management (Customer Projects). Achievements: Introduction of IPC Standards to Production and Development. Organization of Integration trips for staff up to 80 people. Setup of Career Ladder process, structure and positions within R&D RD and Management Seminars on knowledge sharing.

Leading certification activities in various customer projects, related area: Software, Hardware, Mechanics, etc. Agencies: UL, CSA, VDE, CQC; Norms: 60335, 60730, etc. Achievement: Update of EN/IEC Product related norms via PKN (Polish Standardization Committee)
