Responsible for all Quality aspects at a electronic manufacturing services company in China. Supplier Quality Management. Establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Product and Process validation for new product introduction. Quality assurance. Establishment of KPI's. Complaint Management.

Evaluation of product compliance with legal safety and EMC requirements, performance and life time requirements for A grade customers. Provide approbation services for world wide market access. Evaluation of food safety and chemical compliance against international regulations. Handling of complaints with root cause analysis, CPA. Build up quality documentation, perform internal and external audits.

My responsibility was the safety approval of small household appliances against European and international standards. Furthermore I was in charge to build up a training center for our customers.

As the Technical Director I was working closely with the CEO to build up the manufacturing operation in Thailand.

I was responsible for the laboratory and the product qualification in the development process. I handled approbation services and ensured continues improvement to increase the laboratory capabilities.

Start of career in Hong Kong with product testing. Transer to Beijing office to manage product safety department and finally technical consulting in Hong Kong.
