Small boutique company in relocation business needed to be put more on the fore front of the international market without compromising on quality/ service. Doubled the sales/ turnover in that part. B2B, B2C and B2G

Direct right hand of the MD. worked on strategy, KPI's, cash flow, risk limitation, efficiency increase, revenue increase, accreditations etc..

Set up greenfield operation. Up and running within 3 months and this at the eve of the financial crisis. Break even within a year, profitable the year after with positive cash flow and doubled customer basis.

Restructured company after turmoil in sales/ finances. Cleaned up within a year and were break even again with double digit growth in sales. Stable as from mid-end second year. After that period worked on getting the company to the next level.

Restructured company after company lock out. Profitable again within 1 year. After stabilization worked on growing the company.
