At the end of my contract I had: - Achieved the highest Stay Experience score of 2012 (11 points above target). - Received the Golden Star for monthly guest "Excellence" experience scores. - Trained the entire Front Office & VIP Lounge team in both English and service. - Conducted the housekeeping quality improvement project. - Held meetings and presentations with the executive committee.
