Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Fulfillment of all SLAs and KPIs - Quality and cost control - Participation in Change Advisory Boards - Functionally leading project teams (also offshore) - Capacity/Resource planning - Transition Management - Identification/Implementation of improvements, up- and cross-selling - Escalation Management - Service Management (ITIL)
