Primary responsibilities include management and oversight of day treatment classrooms and staff, managing budget, providing clinical and administrative supervision of staff, developing treatment plans for consumers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including school personnel, conducting regular staff evaluations, and serving as day treatment representative on management team.

Provided individual, group, and family therapy to clients. Work with diverse client populations and multiple presenting issues. Conducted comprehensive clinical interviews to determine diagnoses Utilized varied theoretical approaches including CBT.

Course placement and academic schedules, communication with parents and students, management of grade reports and transcripts, evaluation and revision of academic policies, coordination of psycho-educational testing and tutoring, exam scheduling, and data management and academic trend analysis. Steered Curriculum Committee through a complete schedule overhaul (Spring 2004) and implemented changes for the 2004-2005. Taught 2 sections of Precalculus/Trigonometry.

Managing the Learning Center staff, working with students on developing study skills, organizational skills and on subject-specific difficulties, coordinating all educational testing, tutoring and counseling for students, and serving as the Chair of the Student Affairs Committee, a group that meets twice a week to discuss students in academic, emotional, social or physical jeopardy. Taught Third Form English.
