Implementation of project SOP and making ramp-up.

Responsible of coordinating Change Requests; implement-tracking of all changes at international production.network. Responsible of new machine & tooling acceptance. Having acceptance protocol knowledge Responsible of serial production lines and responsible of OEE improvements. Running problem solving activities with using PCA, fish-bone & 8D method, minimizing %OEE losses due to technical problems. Responsible of lean production applications; Coordinating TPM & 5S activities.
