• Make weekly production plan together with planning department with respect to the labor and equipment source available • Manage the production shift to produce the planned quantity of product by using labor, equipments and materials efficiently • Lead and co-ordinate 75 blue-collars per shift

• Audit firms in food sector regarding food safety and quality and report these audits • Audit and train the distributors of a poultry company regarding quality and food safety • Lead consultancy projects for the firms in red meat sector to develop their quality and food safety systems.

• Lead the establishment of quality system • Train all employees about quality systems and GMPs • Follow the changes of local food regulations and apply these changes to the system • Lead all needed quality checks to ensure about legal and quality standards • Organize all quality audits of the company and represent the management in audits • Lead the establishment of traceability system and integrate all production and warehouse report to this system

• Lead the quality control of products, semi-finished products, raw and pack materials through all process steps (inlet control, slaughtering, production, further processing and warehouse) to ensure quality and legal standards • Lead and co-ordinate 30 quality control employees • Report quality control data to increase factory efficiency • Audit 3rd party warehouses regarding food safety and quality, report and follow up the actions • Lead the integration project to report quality data via SAP
