• Implement, review and report on all aspects of the health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems. • Monitor, assess and report on Contractor and Sub Contractors HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements. • Conduct and co-ordinate regular safety training for Mane TCI staff • Develop and update HSE documents, e.g. HSE Plan, HSE specific site risk assessment, office fire risk assessment, etc. • Conduct accident and incident investigations for Mane TCI staff.

Planning and building the occupational safety system by assessing the risks for each job position and workplace Implementation of the OHSAS ISO 45001. Reviewing, improve and reorganize all the training modules according to the legal procedure and requirements. Implementation and monitoring of the Health & Safety Plan for the Dark Fiber for our client Vodafone Group Plc. Legal requirements are met and the documentation is fully compliant.

Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety procedures are in place. Analyze and report accident and incident investigation. Contribute to the JSA, leading the Tool Box Talk. Representation at site meetings as may be required Supervision of sub-contractors, compliance and the completion of the relevant paperwork Closely assist the Safety Coordinator
