Establishment and Leadership of an international team, being responsible for the development of the end-to-end processes for the Networks spare part services business considering the operational and commercial conditions. Defining and adopting the HWS Operational Model and identifying cost savings potential. 2. Developing a solution, providing visibility of the Networks spare parts services for the commercial and operational business considering technical and commercial requirements.

Establishment of professional sourcing of external resources for all Nokia facilities within Germany, covering the areas of temporary labors and external services.

Leadership of a team of 20 coordinators, responsible for the Project- and Spare Part Logistics for Networks Germany. Responsible for the definition of the order fulfillment processes including order handling and invoicing. Implementation of Cooperate Sales Mode in Germany.

Responsible for the Project-Logistics team of a customer project in Germany In between 10 months stay in Lausanne/Switzerland for founding and implementing a new logistics department

Implementation of a new ERP system for the spare part business of Nokia Networks in Germany, process optimization and development of local spare part concepts (e.g. spare part management)

Responsible for production line of heat treatment and quality control. Preparations for the introduction of a Quality Management System according to ISO 9000
