Revitalized sales team of AIESEC (international student organization) at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina

Responsible for creating local partnerships at AIESEC's International Congress in Hyderabad, India. International Congress is AIESEC's annual leadership meeting, where its national leadership from each country (120+) meets to decide on the future of the organization. I have personally been involved in local deals worth $50,000 for the conference itself, in addition to being responsible for several events organized by AIESEC's global corporate partners at the conference.

At AIESEC's local chapter attached to the University of Twente, I was responsible for maintaining relations with local customers. AIESEC's core activity is international exchange, our customers were local businesses interested in employing international talent. I have assisted these companies in finding the talent they were looking for, and assisted with the visa process for non-EU hires.
