•Perform assistant activities such maintaining and preparing reports, inventories, mailing lists and databases, process applications, contracts, tender’s, receipts, expenditures, registrations, requisitions. •Maintain inventory of office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs, and order supplies as required. •Support and deal for the purchasing of software & hardware from technical side.

•Maintained database for governmental agencies, currently registered medical institutions with CPSP, current ministers of Health and HCSM faculty, etc •Did correspondence in connection of HCSM regarding admission also. •Designed computerized data entry program of Supervisor and Trainee Information System for Department of Medical Education.
