QMS performance reporting to the Plant Manager and corporate quality Management. Appointed management and customer representative for quality management at plant level (VW,Audi, BMW, Daimler, Nissan, Volvo and Jaguar Land Rover). Perform internal/external audits (under IATF 16949:2016 and DIN EN ISO 9001). Manage Non-Conforming Products and control the “Quarantine” area. Maintain control of internal/external quality-related documents and records. Responsible for achieving manufacturing quality targets.

Plant related documentation creation and maintenance. First point of contact for all customer assigned Projects (VW,Audi, BMW, Daimler, Nissan, Volvo and Jaguar Land Rover). Conduct claim management with customer (8D/A3). PPAP submission to customer. Support Quality manager on internal and external audits. Assist the manager on risk evaluation reports. Responsible for achieving manufacturing quality targets.

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities to meet all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards established by applicable law or regulation • Develop EHS projects to help improve and enable improved safety, energy and wellness programs • Run environmental reporting (waste & energy), identify improvement opportunities and implement them

6 Month Asignment at the plant in Barcelona (Spain) and another 6 month assignment in Bonn (Germany) • Interact in the daily activities to meet all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards established by applicable law or regulation • Development of EHS projects to help improve safety, energy and wellness programs. (Example Hazardous Material management at Bonn Holzlar) • Run environmental and accidental reporting (waste & energy). • Assist the manager on risk evaluation reports.

Location: Barcelona (Spain) Creation of Quality Work Instructions for quality assurance of components. Weekly control of product parameters and improvement of those with Produc tion employees. Assist in the development of Quality trainings.
