-Overall responsibility for Specific Customer centric IT solution design and delivery. -Develops proposal by assembling technical inputs, implementation methodology, timetable, resources, budget, standards of performance etc. -Responsible for management of IT projects, supervision of department staff members and recommendations regarding IT policy and procedures. -Manage the tactical, overall operations, of the IT Division. -Providing guidance and direction to subordinates.

-Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. -Define account goals and ultimately responsible for delivering results. -Lead team to successful execution on various project types. -Create and maintain proposals, estimates, timelines, scope documents, change orders, and project plans. -Communicate, develop and maintain effective status communication and documentation for clients. -Clearly articulate client’s business needs and goals to the team.

-Responsible for the effective implementation of project activities in close collaboration with facility, regional and national level counterparts, and stakeholders in health care. -Improve the operations and performance of the pilot hospitals in the areas of computer-based hospital information systems (HIS) and information management.

-Managing several IT projects within the company, preparing IT policies and procedures. Responsible for the IT systems within company, overseeing network and servers installation, ensuring backup systems, procuring hardware and software, providing the ICT technology infrastructures for organization, and contributing to organizational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

-Responsible for the IT systems within company, procuring software and hardware, setting up new systems, designing web based tools for surveys and polls. My role was related to an specific project within the company at that time.

-Founder and publisher of the first computer magazine in Albanian, ZERO Magazine- an information and communication technology oriented magazine. Decision-making on the editorial content of the magazine, staff and potential magazine customer management.

-Part-owner and administrator of Studio Vizion shpk- a web designing and software developing company. Project management of specific software development, customer relationship management and goal oriented staff leading.

-Responsible for the IT systems within company, procuring software and hardware, setting up new systems, supporting staff with everyday activities related to IT.
