Globally managing and developing the business of a new category in between generic disposables on the one hand and traditional porcelain and silverware on the other.

Advice and hands-on support with international business development and product launches.

Managing the sales team of 5 inside people, 5 outside sales people and 1 French business development manager.

Building a new dealer- and service network in 23 countries in Europe and the Middle East, acquire chain accounts in the foodservcie business, manage the dealers / a German key account manager / a product support manager.

Developing e-business, launching new brands, positioning and managing a 4 people marketing team.
