• Currently working on www.sc.qa Content Management System (CMS) in Drupal/PHP which is an official website of FIFA World Cup 2022. • Responsible for planning, requirements analysis, design and development, testing, implementation and maintenance of the CMS. • Worked on different custom made drag and drop modules for www. sc.qa CMS to create different types of pages and provide various types of functionalities in the CMS.

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas following the software development lifecycle. • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions. • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

• To review project proposals and to determine the goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of project and allotment of resources. • Development of project plans, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources. • To analyze status reports prepared by project personnel and to modify the schedules and plans as required. • Plan and analyze the total cost of the project, adding salaries of the personnel, other expenditures and profit.

• Development of different nature of dynamic web projects by using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. • Documentation is important after developing a website. One of my activities involved to write a detail manual of the website which defines flow of the website so if maintenance need to be done or owner of the site need some changes in future so developer easily knows what to do and where to do.
