The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing all counter services in an efficient manner and for maintaining a high level of personal customer relations and ensuring that customer service objectives are geared towards maximizing customer satisfaction through quality service. He is also responsible for product sales across the counter. · products & services & E-channels and their delivery in coordination with Electronic Banking & Retail Banking.

- Sell full range of bank's products & services and contribute effectively in achieving branch's retail and SME ‘S budget by himself and through his team. - Contribute in business calls to generate new retail mainly outside branch and inside branch for existing potential retail opportunities. - Maintain a solid relationship with customer and provide the bank with continual information regarding business changes and/or borrower's financial changes.

Handling BM responsibilities in case of his absence. - Marketing bank's products and service through direct and cross selling to achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenues. -Providing professional & high quality service beyond customers’ expectations and ensuring customer profiles are updated. -Providing guidance & support for employees reporting to me. - Ensuring safety and rolls for all operation steps. -Follow up with operation in the branch and head office departments.
