-Reporting on all legal developments to board members, CEO and CFO -Organizing the legal issues and legal compliance processes of subsidiaries in 5 different countries with external law firms -Supporting and advising internal departments on all legal issues in operational and strategic business -Reviewing and negotiating contracts

-Comprehensive legal management and support for all aspects of the company's operations, encompassing tenancy law, contract law, corporate law etc. -Active involvement in the IPO process, including preparation of documents, coordination with internal departments, and support with legal and regulatory requirements -Preparation of legal opinions -Independent negotiation management -Drafting and reviewing contractual documents

-Advising clients on consumer, business and intellectual property law -Preparing and drafting legal documents and contracts -Attend the meetings with clients -Conducting research on applicable laws for active cases -Dictating letters and notes pertinent to clients and cases
