Worked on Hypermesh and Optistruct for Linear Static and Modal Analysis and optimization for the Fixed Wing UAV. Preparation of Global Finite Element Model. Sizing of aircraft components using classical hand calculations. Bolt and joint plate analysis, Lug analysis for primary structural components.

Worked on Composite& Metallic Structural and Non-Structural Component Design for the fighter Aircraft using CATIA software. 1. Design, Modelling, Drafting of Wing and control Surfaces component using CATIA. 2. Releasing Drawing through Configuration Management. 3. Coordinate with Cross functional teams to implement design changes. 4. Coordinate with Manufacturing team for Production Support in clearing Queries and Non-conformances Report 5. Coordinate with Other teams to complete testing activities.
