• Participation in one of the largest IT transformation projects in Croatia for the biggest telco operator - Hrvatski telekom (Croatian telecom), as a member (business analyst) of CRM team who is responsible for the analysis, design and solutioning of client's requirements within Siebel CRM. • Business lead for Customer Service stream (Trouble tickets) • Identifying the current and future state business processes • Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications

• Making automated tests using Protractor • Issue/bug/enhancement tracking using JIRA • Making various statistics using Kissmetrics, Google Analytics and other analytical tools • Requirements identification and making tests out of it • Designing test coverage plan • Helping to Relationship Managers in their daily tasks from the tech side • Writing technical documentation

• Analysis of marketing requirements and making a technical specifications out of it. • Technical coordination – gathering all technical solutions from technical departments involved in development process and making an overall technical specification out of it • Design, development, configuration, implementation and testing new functionalities within Siebel CRM • Monitoring, maintaining and optimization of existing processes within Siebel CRM

• Installation and maintenance through AIX platform and Websphere application servers • Taking care of application security • System administration of operating systems and subsystems
