Responsible of 1 national TV station with 5 studios, 1 local Radio Station and 1 regional Radio Station. Managed and coordinated all technical operations and technical personnel, 75+ individuals, that include the following positions: video op, video editors, audio technicians, electricians, satellite uplink/downlink, IT-dept, OB-vans. Keeping stock of supplies.

- Manage all technical equipment and technical personnel; - Manage failure situations; - New equipment consultant and technology advisor; - Training for new members; - Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues; - Provide restorative or maintenance actions; - Stay current with system information, changes and updates; - Handling specific equipment for radio-tv broadcasting.

- Playlist operator for local broadcast; - Managing and configuration of technical equipment, maintenance; - Troubleshooting; - Consistently interacting with other departments to resolve issues; - Continuous monitoring of IPTV/webstreaming/sattelite emissions - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person; - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
