I monitor activity and traffic into, at and out of a busy gatehouse of a residential area, as well as in downtown Toronto on day and night shifts. I conduct nightly foot patrols of condos and in downtown Toronto and report about any problems. I have also patroled and monitored externally a large Harley Davidson facility in the GTA, Ontario. I respond to emergency situations: residents stuck in an elevator, water leaks and lockdown of premises.

Addressed 200 incoming (emergency) calls per shift, justified, resolved campus security and safety situations. Efficiently handled 100 requests for the Public Safety security car, shuttle bus and walking guard services. Assisted with ID checks, guest passes, camera monitoring, filing ~$5 - $3000 lost & found items, emails.

Promoted Canadian immigration to 10 newspaper companies, 12 lawyers and numerous clients in New York. Translated and prepared documents for the employer during meetings.

Worked with customers to sell store merchandise such as clothing or shoes.

Provided content (DSL, Cable, WiMax) to broadband providers and executives. Developed media offerings, established partnerships with 50 Internet Service Providers in Europe and Russia. Introduced a new video platform similar to ESPN 360 to world’s emerging markets.
