Led the Walled Gardens Integrations, Analytics, and Reporting domain, overseeing up to 5 teams of software, data, and QA engineers globally, generating $55+ million in annual revenue. Drove integrations with major third parties and data vendors, including Meta, Google, Netflix, X, and others. Led migration to AWS Cloud and Databricks, technology stack upgrades, and web portal migration from Angular to React.

Led three teams of software, data, and QA engineers distributed across the US, Eastern Europe, Mexico, and India, overseeing the design and development of data pipelines from on-premise data centers to Amazon AWS and Google GCP cloud environments. Developed and executed cross-functional technology roadmaps for data engineers, integration software engineers, as well as front-end and reporting engineers in collaboration with data science and ML/AI decision-making engines.

Led a high-performing team of full-stack software engineers and QA engineers responsible for a suite of web and back-end software within Morningstar's equity & manager research groups. Drove adoption of best in class agile software development principles. Introduced quality control processes and workflows, incorporated newest monitoring and alerting systems.

I managed, developed, and maintained Research Publishing System, a pivotal tool for the financial analysts across the company, as well as its REST APIs with average daily usage of 50 million requests. Noteworthy achievements include spearheading the SEC NRSRO security and reporting compliance project, enabling the launch of Morningstar Credit Ratings as a standalone business. Managed integrations with third-party data vendors and data consumers.

Led several software development projects as a consultant ranging from designing and implementation of proof of concept touch screen user experience for medical devices to development of PII data management control system for a healthcare provider.

Led development of event-driven distributed software for Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) trading desk at the bank, enabling users to manage collateral agreements, run risk calculations, as well as generate PNL and PLD reports. Additionally organized an expatriate community at the local office.

I have built Asp.Net MVC web site and back-end applications for SmartDrive Systems. Contributed to the project as a part of team from 5 people, located in Ukraine and San Diego, USA.

I have developed Doctor Eleks health care software for medical institutions in Ukraine, Poland, Moldova and Russia. Contributed to the project as a part of large team of developers, QA and deployment managers.

I have developed internal supporting tools, such as custom continuous integration services, installer tools, etc. for NICE Perform. Contributed to NICE Systems as a part of a distributed team from 5 people: 3 developers, including team leader, in Israel and 2 – in Ukraine, out-staffing at Aricent.
