Rebuilt a legacy Angular app into a modular, feature-slice structure; raised unit + integration coverage to 60%, increased stability and extensibility. Optimised heavy SQL—added indexes and rewrote queries into more efficient forms—cutting slow queries from minutes to seconds. Supported Clean Architecture and DDD throughout the codebase and took an active role in several multi-stage refactorings and code improvements.

Leading Development of the Design System which used in all projects in a company. Implemented more than 50 components from scratch such as: • List Table with complex logic and flexible config • Filter with custom and flexible logic and integrated datepickers, dropdowns, ranges and etc. • Calendar component that supports customer-specific rules and has user friendly mobile view • Tree component with drag&drop and live drop-zone cues, canDrag & canDrop rules (much more powerful than Angular Material Tree)

Development of new ERP for resource and staff planning from the ground up. Worked directly with stakeholders to turn business requirements into clear specifications, broke them down into actionable tickets, and steered the team through each delivery cycle. Focused on the clean architecture and performance for SVG timelines that render thousands of items on the one page. Challenging part was keeping the massive number of elements working smooth & as close to 60 fps as possible. Introduced unit & e2e testing

Designed the overall application layout, linking a high-volume SQL backend to an interactive dashboard that plots large SEO and budget datasets in real time. Migrated the UI to a new design system and trimmed rendering costs, keeping the charts responsive even with millions of points. Profiled and rewrote heavy SQL queries, introduced caching, and cut average response times by several multiples; built web-scrapers to feed fresh metrics.
