Contributed to a full-cycle implementation of MS CRM 2011 project, deployed CRM 2011 server architecture solutions. Analysed business requirements, designed, developed and tested modifications to the system. Implemented custom solutions including web services, scheduled jobs, plugins, custom Web forms, client scripting, UI control logic. Developed and supported integration solutions, custom reports (dashboards, pivot tables, charts) to control business user activity and financial results.

Maintained support project for one of the largest Russian Microsoft CRM clients “Rolf Group of companies” with more than 1000 active users: - communicated with client via phone and e-mail, coordinating modifications and updates; - optimized system code and customizations; - submitted and managed cases with Microsoft Support Team; - monitored system performance with performance counters and SCOM; Developed server and client code; Developed MS Excel и MS SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
