• Responsible for the globalization of the IT planning process within the Schindler Group. Supporting the service delivery units to increase the transparency and cost efficiency towards the global customers. • Setting global standards to reach Global excellence in the IT finance processes: P2P2P • Coordination of IT Demand and Project Portfolio on Group Level. Actively supporting projects on request. • Supporting the monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.

Drive the professionalization of IT Planning and IT Controlling processes to support on demand transparency on customer, project & product (inclusive P&L transparency), as well as cost type/center for cost and plan IT data. Responsible for ongoing operation and parallel transformation / improvement activities. Transform and manage the project/product portfolio management processes and tools. Scope includes managing initiation criteria and capacity management, portfolio steering and prioritization.

·Responsible for setting the annual IT budget and the quarterly following up of deviations for BASF filiales (approx. 80 legal entities) in EMEA (except Germany). ·Responsible for the standardization of IT costs in EMEA. ·Responsible for invoicing SAP support to the European filiates.
