Lizenzmanagement - IBM SW - Checking the incoming IBM software orders and recording them in our systems - Placing IBM software orders and checking the order status - Keeping contact with the license experts and German customers - Making reports to the finance department - Tracking software maintenance periods and informing the customers about the date of expiry - Extending the software maintenance period

- Control and maintenance of vendor master data in SAP for German market in compliance with SOX requirements - Checking and recording incoming invoices according to guidelines set, preparing reports and control evidences as of predefined rules - Keeping contacts with relevant country contacts (IBM, CEMEX, 3rd party) to clarify issues and improve services - Backup for Latvian and French VMD

- Helping the daily work of the key account team, local representatives, retailer, product manager - Making daily/weakly/monthly ad hoc reports in connection with sales - Compiling the monthly commission report of retailers - Drawing up reports and analyses in connection with the planning of sales activity budgets - Handling complaints related to dealers - Keeping contact with Customer Services and companies responsible for logistic, billing and storage system

- Identifying more complex customer needs and tasks, making decision independently to solve customer needs - Providing support in connection with digital satellite TV services, coordination and administration of national setups, trouble shoots, keeping up to date with data of customer services system - Dealing with incoming calls through technical hotline
