Monitor and consolidate each region for all controlling related topics (monthly business performance result, forecast & planning, transfer price and etc…) Business performance (KPI) analysis, Dev analysis and ad-hoc analysis 2. Business investment project, making business economic calculation. M&A project controlling advise, Due Diligence 3. Support Business 10 years Strategy dialog financial section

1. Provide financial/reporting support to BU Asia/Segment Asia North. Monthly Reporting and analysis: Dev. among actual, budget and forecast and mid-term planning 2 Investment projects as project controller (>150M EUR investment, capacity: 100KT) 3. Support merge & acquisition activity M&A integration related FACT in the region 4. Other controlling topic: Transfer price, Audit, Credit management, business model discussion, term sheet negotiation, tax

1. Ensure compliance control: company’s policy, GAAP, IFRS & internal control procedures 2. Controlling team build up and people development 3. Responsible BU-IT function (SAP project roll out, Master data Management, IT Compliance) 4. 3 Manufacturing sites in APAC (Shanghai and Indonesia, WOFE and JV)

• Design and build a database for all kinds of required reports • Co-ordinate, consolidate and analyze monthly management report of 16 legal entities in greater China region incl. deviation analysis with regard to revenue, margin, EBIT, net working capital, capital employed, inventory ratio • Analyze monthly report of production domestic/export sales, trading and indent sales • Corporate cost center control, budget and forecast • Cost Saving projects/On Track

• Enhancing/developing capacity & competence of FAC team to keep pace with the expansion from rep. office requirement to class one construction company demand • Monitor Taxation (BT, CIT and etc...), and audit process • Make and consolidate whole China region report: Income statement & Balance sheet, rolling forecast report, AR aging report, CF and etc… • Support all the construction sites (PR & cost report) • Bridging a good communication with local tax bureau, financial institution etc.
