As senior member of the Retail Environments Group at BR Design, Mr. Berenzweig is the firm's senior project team leader on all of the firm's retail, branding and consulting projects.

Provided strategy for company’s brand re-positioning. Developed 5 year plan for domestic and international retail network growth. Conducted all site analytics, negotiated all LOI and lease agreements. Planned and directed all real estate functions including prioritizing markets and store roll-out sequencing. Managed deal process from due diligence to developing bid documents, negotiating terms, awarding contracts, evaluating work through project completion.

As VP of Operations I enhanced top line sales and bottom line profitability by streamlining all company operations to insure cost-effective management of resources and functional efficiencies. Developed and directed operations, sales, marketing, buying and merchandising teams to support strategic objectives.
