Research and study of environmental, energy and social planning issues of Volos and its broader area. Implementation of integrated programmes aiming at economic development, social integration and improvement of the urban environment. Set up of projects and innovative actions tackling local needs and problems and securing their funding, especially through European programmes. Participation in European networks and initiatives promoting trans-European co-operation and exchange of experience

•Environmental Studies & Reviews •Advising on standards and quality methods in industries. •Recommendations on energy efficiency & sustainable construction

•Responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day operations •Managing the procurement of materials and ensuring that all structures meet or exceed local building standards and requirements •Inspect site to monitor progress and conformance to design and engineering plans, specifications and safety standards •Create project & cost reports as necessary •Hire electricians, plumbers and other sub-contractors as necessary •Create and carryout project work plans and schedules
