-Support the implementation of personnel management strategy; -Coordinate and organize Recruitment and onboarding process; -Organize and coordinate external trainings or facilitate internal trainings; -Prepare HR weekly, monthly and ad- hoc reports and statistics; -Administrate personal files and HR core data and update internal policies and procedures; -Educate employees and managers in labor law, HR processes and guidelines; -Participate in various HR projects

- Document existing processes and together with implementation team design the to-be processes within the SAP Success Factors; - Gather the data, support data migration and test the results; - Create user documentation and provide trainings

- Manage and lead a team of employees (8 people). Oversee day-to-day operations; - Monitor and assess team performance and training needs, provide feedback and motivate; - Participate in new team member recruiting and training; - Constantly work on continuous improvement implementation and projects (ISO Certificate, GDPR); - Currently support new Human Resource information system implementation

- Responsible for day-to-day Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits and Reporting processes for Germany and Austria; - Work on internal continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation; - Develop and maintain internal documentation (work instructions, process flows, handbooks etc.) - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, like SAP and PeopleSoft, LOGA
