I am a certified Rolfer and Structural Integration (SI) practitioner in Winterthur. Rolfing focusses on structural alignment and balanced movement developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf. Rolfing is typically taught or applied in a series of ten sessions, known as the “basic 10”. This body work can be very powerful creating more awareness and trust within your body. Your fascial web will find a more effective muscle use and an ease in your movement leading to lighten or possibly relief you from your pains and strains.
