Manufacturing-ready design and development of Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) and accessories. Design and release of plastic injection and stamped and formed metal components using SolidWorks. Coordination with suppliers and production for industrialization and series release. Planning and execution of DFMEA and validation activities. Support of 500+ short-circuit development and certification tests (IEC 60947-2, UL 489). Active inventor in international patent families.

Involved in the analysis and implementation of laboratory infrastructure for high-power short-circuit testing. Contributed to the evaluation of equipment and laboratory structure required for a 65kA@480V short-circuit test system, supporting the installation and commissioning of equipment and test infrastructure at the WEG Automation Laboratory.
