Oversee the performance of 250 stores, of total turnover 900M Euro, managing a team of 15 persons, reporting to country financial director and country operational director, in direct communication with all directors’ line, with main responsibilities, reporting, budgeting, business controlling, store organization and processes, project management and store audit. Results presentation to Managing Director, Action plans definition and follow up, Controlling of performance by Region.

Oversee performance of 25 Hypermarkets stores, of total turnover 700M Euro, managing a team of 10 persons, responsible for results analysis and presentation to all hierarchy levels. Analyzing end of month results, explaining deviations and proposing corrective action plans. Analyze item profitability, challenge merchandise negotiations, store assortment and on-shelves positioning.

Preparation of consolidation package and transitional adjustments based on group standards (IFRS). DAFG Project Leader of Peoplesoft software implementation, as accounting and reporting software for the country. Project duration: 2 years, out of which 3 months located in Paris. Direct team assigned: 9 Key users out of which 4 members of Accenture.

Oversee performance of 3 companies, presenting end of month results per business unit and company, to Country Management and prepare all set of reporting to the Group, using Hyperion and SAP software. Analysis of results and explanations of deviations versus budget, previous month and previous year. Managing company cash flow, short and long term cash position, company credit lines and bank accounts. In charge of customers credit control. Implementation of CERG XRT tool and SAP FI Module.
