Research projects: 1. Synchronization of spin-torque oscillators to be utilized as artificial neurons in a field of neuromorphic computing. 2. Exploration and optimization new materials and thin film systems for application in spin-Hall nano-oscillators.

Studies on physical principle of operation of MgO-based hybrid geometry spin-torque nano-oscillators, i.e. low power consumption microwave generators, as well as an influence of their parameters on performance of a final device The research involved device patterning processes (like optical and e-beam lithography, reactive ion-beam etching or lift-off), static and dynamic electrical measurements and a macro-spin modelling.

Study on improvement of corrosion resistance of steels by ion-implantations and plasma treatments.

Participation in the European Project ‘New Photonic Materials and their Advanced Application’. Related research: electrical measurements of response time of infrared detectors based on HgCdTe heterostructures and InAs/GaSb superlattices.

Calibration of measurement devices (thermometers, hygrometers, manometers, etc.), issuing calibration certificates
