Main responsibilities: -Routing Project Leadership - value added interpretation of data, Yamazumi -Kaizen Leadership -Planning Project - redesign of supply chain/planning setup, warehouse excellence, kanban optimization, E2E Visio value stream mapping -5S audits in all departments -Support for Lean and Business Excellence Projects -CI -Coach for new team members

Main responsibilities: -Lean Six Sigma Projects (Value Stream Map, SIPOC, DMAIC, Pareto) -participation in international projects regarding productivity improvement and benchmarking analysis -Lean in web-based environment ("Lean in services") -analyzing, developing and configuring business processes -project working in Service Design and Service Development -preparing quality reports and analysis
