Performed best practice launch execution in Nestlé by Nescafé 3-in-1 Keyf-i Turk launch Partnered with modern trade customers to increase turnover via redesigning the overall coffee section planogram.
Led strategic brand management of the largest category “Nescafé Mixes”, enabling profitable turnover growth Turned around the market growth by relaunching the whole portfolio, including sampling plans. Recognized for the record-breaking achievement of 1 million samplings within only 3 months. Leveraged celebrity partnership to boost “Cool Again!” image in 360° campaign. Directed launch of limited edition SKU to secure turnover during Ramadan period including POP planning and digital communication.
Selected as one of the six participants worldwide for the Global Graduate Program. Led the planning and execution of a sales mapping and strategy review project in Turkey; enabling cross-selling of products and services. Devised and implemented a gamification concept to resolve a multi-departmental collaboration conflict with a direct impact on sales in Prague and scaled to Gothenburg.
