Technical Leadershiping of the ERP system (SAP ECC > SAP HANA) for the Duratex Group (Coatings), being a focal point within the project, acting as a facilitator with the other leaders, constant alignment with the MDM team, defining strategies for extraction, sanitation and the data load to be migrated, promoting the collaboration and governance of the initiatives, as well as the definition, management and maintenance of user security profiles (roles) including SoD and Critical transactions.

Responsible for defining transformation solutions that allow Pão de Açúcar Group to innovate and also reduce its operational cost with IT (OPEX) by more than R$21MM in 4 years performing the assertive management of IT Infrastructure services (Servers, Networks, Operating Systems, Data Center, Backup, Database and Middleware), ensuring the necessary performance and availability through transformation projects and innovation of legacy environment;

o Coordination of activities with the IT Operations area, maintaining the level of services within the expected SLA, as well as monitoring and developing technical KPIs of the area, creating action plans, managing and mitigating risks to meet the technical objectives of the area, at Natura Cosmetics; o Implementation of the solution which enabled e-commerce (B2C) and Natura's mobile platform, impacting a niche market that covers more than 1 million consultants only in Brazil;
