(Cre-loxP system) (shortlisted BACR/Gordon Hamilton-Fairley Young Investigator Award 2011). Colonic mucosal E. coli genes identification in colon cancer and Crohn’s disease (Gut 2014). Patient samples examination from clinical trial using soluble plantain fibre onto the normal diet to reduce Crohn’s disease relapse risks.
