-Establishment of the production steps of project-based production coming from domestic and abroad-Drawing the sheet metal and profiles in the projects with Solidworks and Autocad programs and preparing them for manufacturing -Establishment of appropriate manufacturing processes for the sheet metal and profiles in the projects -Research and procurement of auxiliary materials involved in the projects-Pricing the project and presenting it to the company after the established manufacturing methods.

-Planning of Wire Drawing Process (Rod and Wet) -Maintenance of Rod and Wet Drawing Machines and Inductions Line-Tracking and Supply of Replacement Parts used on Drawing Machines and Induction Line -Introducing of Wire Drawing Process-Periodic control of all Wire Drawing Machines -Reporting the Daily Production output -Writing the shift list of employers

-Strength calculations of cranes taken into production -Creating work flow chart in production- Creating new customer based crane designs -Order and tracking of crane production materials to be used -Final control of the manufactured cranes -Load calculations of the produced cranes -Logistics of the cranes produced -Installation and commissioning of manufactured cranes
