I left my last position at the end of January 2021 to challenge myself in Europe. I’ve been working independently for companies and agencies in Europe and the Americas, delivering creative projects, advertising and design.

At W3haus, the biggest independent digital agency in Brazil, I've led a group of accounts with relevant Brazilian companies, such as Petrobras (Energy), Panvel (Health and Beauty) and Tramontina (Houseware). * Maximized the accounts’ revenue by 20% in 2020; * Directed a multi-disciplinary team of 18 creatives during the covid19 pandemic, learning to work remotely and inspiring them with a one by one communication; *Lead a winner pitch for Petrobras digital account (BRL 36 million)

In this role, I've worked with one of the biggest Brazilian advertisers, O Boticário (Beauty), as well with Petrobras and Google * Inspired and recruited a team of art directors, graphic designers and motion designers. * Implemented an in-house art team for a retail brand, boosting the efficiency in more than 75%; * Worked in the acquisition of 3 new clients: Ambev (Beverages), Barra Shopping (Shopping Mall) and Tramontina (6 new divisions). * In one year, I’ve got promoted to Creative Director;
