Job Description: System Maintenance manuals and instructions, maintenance tender for multinational subcontractors and contract management, SLA and KPI calculations, prepare and control WBS steps, OPEX-CAPEX budget , Test and commissioning documentation, Maintenance management, CMMS integration , asset management, government authority (DHMI and SHGM) and leaseholder technical relations.
