Design of Huaral’s digital workflow and build-up of a proficient web platform to connect both with clients and investors within a 6-months schedule. Integrations with Equifax, Salesforce, and other resources through APIs.

Worked on the expansion projects to Mexico and Colombia. Developed a Business Plan and interacted with regulators, providers, and other stakeholders to operate in those countries within 12 months. Created a Migration Plan to install the company’s software and tech infrastructure. Performed financial / technological consultancies to clients, which involved operative restructuring and technological development, upgrading up to 40% of the core processes in just 3 months.

Hired and led 4 teams regarding operations & IT (totalizing 25 collaborators), whose tasks included software development, data analysis, and post-sales services. Led the development of a new web platform for the daily operations, which included sales, underwriting, and operations modules. Used SCRUM principles. Created dashboards and KPI’s for controlling daily production. Maximized returns using Linear Programming models.

In charge of the operations & IT teams, whose activities included data analysis, after-sales service, and software management. Coordination of an external software factory and made in-house automation of reports’ updating using Java, SQL, and VBA.

Sales analysis and market research (fixed line & internet services) for the corporate segment. Elaboration and delivery of internal reports to the board. Development of a new flow of information between seven call centers, in order to improve the efficiency of the reports obtained, through previous research and training of the involved teams.
