Co-founded a digital agency originally established in Leichlingen, Germany, and later relocated to Ludwigsfelde (Berlin) as the company evolved. Over time, deliberately shifted the agency’s focus from execution-heavy service delivery toward strategic consulting, system design, and business model structuring for digital products and brands. Today, the agency operates as a strategy-led setup, supporting founders and teams in clarifying positioning, growth structures, and operational frameworks.

Founded and led Truzzer, a category-defining phygital product enabling local businesses to systematically generate and manage customer reviews through physical NFC and QR touchpoints connected to digital workflows. Built one of the first scalable NFC-based review systems, which evolved into a market-leading solution adopted across multiple industries Truzzer was developed as a productized, low-friction system focused on real-world usability and sustainable business value, and was later successfully sold.

Founded and led Empfehlio, a B2B platform focused on structured customer review generation and recommendation systems for businesses across the DACH region. Built the platform as a scalable system combining physical touchpoints, digital workflows, and process-driven review acquisition tailored to regulated and reputation-sensitive markets. Empfehlio was developed as a long-term, infrastructure-level solution rather than a short-term marketing tool, and was later successfully sold.

Founded and operated a local digital city platform for Leverkusen, combining business listings, editorial content, and event information into a single system. Responsible for platform concept, information architecture, content structure, onboarding of local businesses, and operational maintenance. The platform served as an early real-world experiment in building and operating a content- and listing-driven digital ecosystem with multiple stakeholder groups.
