Working in the production team for the analysis of large telecommunication clients' businesses.

• Development, testing, and implementation of features in the in-house intelligence software based on SharePoint and a SaaS solution (www.intelligenceplaza.com) • Specialist in designing and building business dashboards on different technologies • Creation of visual design Best Practices for customer deliverables • Development of Business Intelligence solutions based on SSRS (Report Builder, Power View) • Design of data models and self-service Business Intelligence solutions

• Sales support and product training/ documentation to account teams and customers • Optimization of software features for end users (data input and output deliverables) • Contact person for technical questions and assistance

• Lead Analyst responsibilities for global customers; leading an analyst team from different offices and countries • Market intelligence needs-analyses with new and existing customers from different industries

• Customer delivery projects on competitor, industry, and macroeconomic analysis • Continuous market research and monitoring services • High exposure and interaction with executive-level customers
