Tijdens mijn stage bij de ICT-servicedesk en de afdeling beheer heb ik kennisgemaakt met ICT in de praktijk. Daarnaast heb ik binnen dit bedrijf mijn afstudeeropdracht en scriptie uitgevoerd, waarbij ik onderzoek heb gedaan naar mogelijkheden om de ICT-servicedesk verder te verbeteren.
