I'm the technical pre-sales responsible for Belo Horizonte office, write proposals, respond RFP's and RFI's, presents POT's and POC's based on IBM tools are part of my responsibilities, as well as work close with technical delivery team to define reference architecture, patterns, best practices and mentor the less experienced members of the team during projects phases.

I've worked for Stefanini's Global and Brazil customers with Java EE and SOA based technologies and tools, was also part of the pre-sales team responsible for writing proposals, respond RFP's and RFI's, perform demonstrations speeches to customers presenting business and/or technical solutions that proves our excellence and expertise. Different from my previous experience at that time I was inside our development center facilities with a lot of different opportunities happening.

I was responsible for several global projects for IBM internal and external usage, was the first time I was involved in such a big and scattered team all around the world, using agile methodologies and management tools to control the team tasks and the application lifecycle process.

I was a Java EE Consultant dedicated for a health insurance company inside it's facilities, helping the less experienced customer team to evolve in Java technologies and delivering projects according company's business guidance.

Was responsible for consulting and trainings involving Borland Tools and Java Technologies, I've worked close with educational department helping to disseminate both company and business partner in the local market.

As a software developer, team lead and consultant for Borland Delphi and Java EE based solutions, I've acted on the most important company customers, was also a certified instructor for official Borland Delphi and JBuilder trainings. Our team were responsible for a lot of different projects, technologies and customers and in a couple different cities, I've definitely evolved a lot as a developer, consultant and professional here with all those technologies and solutions involved.

I've worked as software developer and analyst for a cosmetic industry in Belem/Brazil, was responsible for development tasks based on ASP3 and Borland Delphi and also for requirements analysis of a B2B software that was developed by a services provider company, was the first time I've worked with requirements definition for another team to develop and increases my documentations and analysis skills.

Acted as a software developer for internal requests and school's internal processes optimization, was also responsible for the IT infrastructure, administering the local network, the IIS web server that hosted the school website and the e-mail server, at that time I've increased my experience in DevOps tasks, was also the first time I've worked with Borland Delphi technologies for Web Development like WebBroker and CGI like components, this expanded my knowledge on the technology and tool.

After being admitted at university, I had the opportunity to work with web application concept, web development server side scripting languages, HTML, javascript and concepts of web design.

I was one of the instructors responsible for programming classes, also developed a management software for company's internal purposes, was my first professional experience and as I were very young teaching such advanced classes for a variety of older professionals helped me to grow my teaching and public speaking skills.

Was my first job, the company gives me the opportunity to apply my programming knowledge on a work environment with a lot of more experienced developers to support my daily tasks.
