Rollout Project. Responsible for setting Brazilian localizing TAXBRA, GAPs analysis and solutions for scenarios such as purchase order pricing, for national and import processes, Stock transfer order processes between Saint-Gobain branchs, material movements, invoice verification automation and goods receipt, taxes configuration, fields mapping to load data from vendors and materials, incomming NFe configuration.

Improvements in purchase order processes, logistic processes and Brazilian localization, new customization and adjustments for customs solutions for the business units Peaces and HSA.

Creation of technical specification to: a- creation of Outgoing Nota Fiscal to a partner Warehouse during MIGO process, b- XML Upload for incoming nota fiscal from Warehouse partner and c- creation of Outgoing Nota Fiscal based on Transport Order (LT04) creation. Working under a German team management.

Merge project, to join the SAP system, from finance modules (FI and CO) to logistic modules (MM, SD, PP, PS), in a single server, due the systems is running in different servers. We are working with the German´s team; also improvements and user support.

Assessment of the local processes to create a proposal to configure the Brazilian localization to the German roll out Project.

Roll out of an American template for Brazil, Project called Enlace. Survey of fiscal scenarios, customization of fiscal scenarios and invoice verification NF-e, testing and creation of technical and functional documentation. Joint project with global team in Orlando, USA. Travels to Buenos Aires and Orlando. configured the systems for 26 Plants.

Roll out of the a localized template for new acquisition of the BASF group, company Mazzaferro project called Salvador

Managing the MM issues list from Wave one for the project Formula One Brazil. Alignment scope of fiscal demands, customization, testing, technical approval to the applicant and accompanying production. Distribution of demands for MM and SD consultants and reporting the demands status.

I worked in the Project ONE with the German team to roll out the template to Brazil.

I worked in a Competence Center to support South America operation, regarding improvements and new projects for the modules MM.

Participation in a roll out of a German template, working with a mixed team from Germany and Brazil, implementing the Project, configuring the MM module.
