Collection of outstanding invoices by phone, email and other methods whereas needed; legal proceedings follow-up, order release and daily credit review of shippable orders. Management of new credit applications and credit insurance follow-up.

Collection of the outstanding receivables; supporting the Risk team in the credit assessments; coordinating payment plans and insolvency recoveries; leading a range of process improvements; treasury; mentorship to new hires; training to the whole dptm in matter of claim handlings, ERP, etc. Receivable bucket of approximately 40mln EUR. Main countries involved: Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Italy.

Complete management of the Order To Delivery process and after sales assistance; extensive cooperation with various dptm (Sales, Marketing, etc) all over Europe; optimizing processes and metrics directly linked to the customer satisfaction.

Support to planners and sales executives in the negotiation process until the order intake; customer service about quality performances, statistics and reports, satisfaction questionnaires and EHS compliance documents; lead of a small team carrying out routine controls, creating and updating operative procedures.

Study of the catalan language and history, encompassing the whole catalan-speaking area in Spain, France, Andorra and Italy. Its traditions, literature, relationships with surrounding countries and languages, with focus on its contemporary local varieties and mass media usage.
